Diane has provided countless leaders with the insight and resources to solve problems, navigate change, and create stronger and more effective teams.

She’s a Prosci Certified Professional, Society for Human Resources Senior Certified Professional, and former CPA with a deep commitment to every client and team she works with. In addition to consulting, Diane loves golf, cheering on the WKU Hilltoppers and Butler Bulldogs, and serving as a volunteer class assistant for Rock Steady Boxing.
